FFU概述：

FFU英文全稱為（Fan Filter Unit），中文專業用語為風機過濾機組。 FFU風機濾網機組可模塊化連接使用，使用FFU廣泛應用于潔凈室、潔凈工作臺、潔凈生產線、組裝式潔凈室和局部百級等應用場合。FFU設有初、 兩級過濾網。風機從FFU頂部將空氣吸入并經初、高效過濾器過濾，過濾后的潔凈空氣在整個出風面以0.45M/S±20%的風速勻速送出。適用于在各種環境中獲得高級別的潔凈環境。它為不同尺寸大小，不同潔凈度等級的潔凈室、微環境提供高質量的潔凈空氣。在新建潔凈室、潔凈廠房式改造翻新中，即可提高潔凈度級別，降低噪音和振動，也可大大降低造價，安裝維護方便，是潔凈環境的理想部件。經過實地檢測，國際品牌普遍難以適應“中國環境因素”，質量雖然普遍高于國產公司，但1年后的穩定性測試普遍不理想；而大部分國內低端品牌的工程質量也較差強人意。近年，凈化工程行業開始注重產品質量與穩定性的雙向驗收標準，并逐步以實地檢測數據（之前多依靠行業報告）更真實的體現工程性價比，已經遠遠超過國際品牌，成為中國FFU的新國際標準企業。

8． 特別適合于組裝成超凈生產線，可根據工藝需要布置為單臺使用，也可將多臺串聯形成100級流水裝配線。
